Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a system of medicine that is over 5000 years old and based on empirical science and observations of nature. The aim of TCM is the balance of Yin and Yang and the harmonious flow of life energy(Qi).
Yin is the feminine, nourishing and cooling energy. Yang, on the other hand, is the masculine, warming and active energy. Yin and Yang are strongly interdependent and are mutually related. Everything is life energy (Qi); Light, thoughts and all other forms of energy.
